What is the range of the Hyperloq™ when I place a case?
Η range of Hyperloq™ is not affected by the use of a case, as the operation of the device is based on the Apple's Find My network and not exclusively on Bluetooth.
Bluetooth Range: Outdoors, the Bluetooth connection has a range of up to 100 meters for audio alerts.
Find My Network: In addition to Bluetooth, Hyperloq™ leverages connection to other Apple devices via the Find My network. The range here is virtually unlimited, as the device is detected when it is near another Apple device connected to the network.
The use of a case, such as the NeoPro premium caseor the NeoPro Premium Case for Pet, does not limit these capabilities, as it is designed not to interfere with the Bluetooth or GPS functionality of the device.
